Eliza is a multi-dimensional facilitator, coach, and counselor. With a Masters in Integrative Health and a Masters in counselling psychology in the works, she combines her extensive knowledge in holistic healing, mindfulness, the breath, psychology, and trauma-informed practices to support your journey back to Self. Her gentle yet affirming guidance creates a safe container for you to release the old and step into the new. Eliza offers 1:1 support, group learning, and online courses.
