Why me?

Because quite frankly, I am you. Growing up in the masculine-driven world of competitive ice hockey, I learned to suppress my intuition and ignored the shouts from my body telling me something wasn't right. I felt completely lost and disconnected. I developed depression, anxiety, and a deep hatred for my body. I spent years seeking external approval, identity, and love. As I've come to find out, all of these things I was seeking were hiding just beneath the surface of my own consciousness. Although there is no such thing as a "magic pill," I've found that breathwork, meditation, education, and empathy are extremely powerful tools to help facilitate the journey back to Self. Reconnect is delivered with the love, compassion, and embodied knowledge that I bring to all of my work.

FAQ

  • When does this course start, and what are the dates/times of the live breathworks?

    You will gain access to all the course materials on September 8, 2021. The live breathworks will be Sept. 8, Sept. 22, Oct. 6, Oct. 20, and Nov. 3. All live sessions will be from 6:30-7:30pm (PST). To protect the privacy of others in the group, these sessions will not be recorded.

  • What is the community board?

    Similar to a Facebook group, the community board is where you can interact, learn from, and ask questions to everyone else in the course. Eliza will be updating the community board regularly with extra questions, thoughts, and resources, as well as the zoom links for all the live breathworks. This is an amazing opportunity to connect with like-minded people and deepen your learning process!

  • What can I expect from the lessons?

    The course is designed into 4 main chapters. We will spend 2 weeks per chapter so you can really digest and integrate all the juicy information. Each lesson builds off of each other and is based in my extensive knowledge and education in psychology, mind-body health, philosophy, mindfulness, and breathwork. The material is all evidence based. Better yet, I give you all the research materials in the extra resources section of the course!

  • What is the time commitment for this course?

    I'd schedule anywhere between 10-30 minutes per day on the days we don't have a live 1-hour breathwork. Some activities might take you longer, others shorter. Just like anything in life, you will get out of this course just as much as you are willing to put in!
